CANCELLATION OF TRAINS on 6.9.2015 Northern Railway
Northern Railway will undertake the Non- Interlocking working at Palwal station Yard on 6.9.2015 in connection with construction of a Fourth Line between Tughlakabad(Junction Cabin) and Palwal. The construction of this Fourth Line is primarily aimed to ease bottlenecks for rail traffic flow between Delhi and Mathura and involves up-gradation of traffic facilities and yard remodelling facilities to enable higher operational capabilities and flexibility. Apart from provision of new signalling panels at Palwal and Asauti stations to be housed in new panel buildings at these stations, the other enhancement works includes increase in length of different lines with higher clear standing rooms and provision of shunting necks to allow shunting to take place clear of main lines and thereby reduce time lags and enable operational ease.
