1. Please refer the following:-
(a) Gol (MoD) letter No 17(11)/2018/WE/D (Res-1) dated 07 Mar 2019
(b) Central Org ECHS letter No B/49701-PR/AG/ECHS/2019 dated 15 Apr 2019
(c) Central Org ECHS letter No B/49701-PR/AG/ECHS/2018 dated 09 Oct 2019

2. Approval of the Competent Authority has been accorded and provisions of the letters mentioned at Para 1 (a) & (b) above will be applicable to the PMR category Verification of PMR category applicants withheld vide letter quoted at Para 1 (c) may be carried out based on the following documents/ records held:-
(a) Service / Discharge Book.
(b) MRO of ECHS contribution deposited.
(c) Proof of marriage in case applying for spouse.

3. Following category of PMR cases will be ineligible
(a) Discp cases.
(b) Individual availing any other Govt Health Scheme.

4. This office letter mentioned at Para 1(c) may be treated as cancelled.
