It has been decided by the Bank to extend the facility of treatment of absence of Employees during Unlock Period as ‘Special Leave without Loss of Pay’ upto 30th November 2020 or till further instructions.

In terms of clause 7 of the 10th Bipartite Settlement dated 25.05.2015 and clause 3 of the Joint Note dated 25.05.2015, the rate of Dearness Allowance payable to workmen and officer employees applicable for the quarter November 2020 to January 2021 shall be 81.80% of ‘Pay’ against 77.50% of ‘Pay’ for the previous quarter.
