New Kendriya Vidyalaya Dharmanagar Tripura
A new Kendriya Vidyalaya is scheduled to open in Dharmanagar, Distt. North Tripura, Tripura, starting the 2025-26 academic session. Initially, this KV school will have classes I to V with one section per class. The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has issued an official order confirming the opening after land transfer and identification of a temporary location in Parliamentary Constituency-Tripura East is one of the 85 new Kendriya Vidyalayas sanctioned in December, 2024. Kendriya Vidyalaya Dharmanagar admission process 2025-26 may be completed within 30 days from the date of issue of this order.

OFFICE ORDER
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan vide office-order of even number dated 27.12.2024, conveyed the approval of Government of India, for establishing 85 new Kendriya Vidyalayas under Civil/Defence Sector with the stipulation that the sponsoring authority concerned is required to transfer the identified demarcated land and also to give possession of the temporary accommodation to KVS prior to opening of the new Kendriya Vidyalaya. Kendriya Vidyalaya, Dharmanagar, Distt. North Tripura, Tripura in Parliamentary Constituency Tripura East is one of the 85 new Kendriya Vidyalayas sanctioned in December 2024.
Since the land in the matter of this Kendriya Vidyalaya has been transferred by the Sponsoring Authority in favour of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and temporary accommodation has been found suitable, sanction is hereby conveyed to start a new Kendriya Vidyalaya under Civil Sector with immediate effect at the following location:-

The above Kendriya Vidyalaya will start functioning from class I to V (single section in each class) from- the academic year 2025-26 and thereafter will grow consequently based on feasibility as per approval.
