OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Extension of empanelment of AYUSH Hospitals/Centers under CGHS and CS (MA) Rules till 31st July, 2023.
With reference to the subject cited above attention is drawn to the Office Memorandum vide F.No.25-2/2018/CGHS/JD AYUSH dated 05.01.2021 and 05.04.2021 vide which Empanelment of the following AYUSH Hospitals was extended as per the revised CGHS rates and terms & conditions as contained in the O.M. vide F.No. 5-110011/90/ 2016-CGHS (HEC)/ AYUSH/Pt.-I dated 9th November, 2017.
Now, as requested by the hospitals centres, the matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to accord extension to these following Hospitals/ Centres till 31st July 2023.
