Note: KV Fee payment made through any bank credit card at Online KV Fee payment web portal or at PoS Machine installed in identified schools will add transaction charges @1.5% plus taxes only

Note: Please do not pay for 2nd time in case of non generation of payment receipt instantly. Parents/ Students are requested to wait at least for one more working day from the date of transaction. If still the problem exist, please proceed with a fresh transaction. Your earlier payment, if received by the bank after two working days of your first transaction, will be refunded back to your bank through the same mode automatically.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Challan Collection

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan normally collecting the fee from their students on a quarterly basis only. The collection of payment month schedule structure is already given to all students of KV. The KVS has followed the easiest challan generation method of collecting the fees from 11 lakh students in every quarter.

  • 1st Quarter: April to June
  • 2nd Quarter: July to September
  • 3rd Quarter: October to December
  • 4th Quarter: January to March

Ans: Please visit the Union Bank of India website i.e. epay.unionbankofindia.co.in/kvfee. Click on the “Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees Online Payment” link available on the homepage of this website. Then login using your students unique ID and D.O.B as mentioned in the challan.

Ans: With all major commercial Banks’ Internet Banking, Debit Cards, Credit cards, you can make the payment of KV Fee. KV Fee payment made through any Bank credit card either at KV Fee online payment web portal or at PoS machine installed in identified schools will add to transaction charges @1.5% plus taxes.

Ans: Yes, you can change the mode of payment as per your convenience every time you pay fees.
