KV Fee Collection for Class XI for the 3rd Quarter will Commence from 01-10-2020

KVS – Fee collection of fee in respect of class XI students promoted from class X

The UBI Fee Portal will be opened for verification of students’ data for all classes for the 3rd Quarter till 27.9.2020. And the collection of fees for the 3rd quarter will commence from 1.10.2020 as per the existing schedule of collection of fees applicable to KVS.

Particularly, The fee for first two quarter in r/o class XI students who could not pay the fees till 31st Aug 2020 may be collected as arrears (without penalty) alongwith the fees for 3rd quarter.

Subject: Fee verification for the 3rd Quarter (October 2020 to December 2020) of the session 2020-21 on UBI Fee Portal.

Madam/Sir,

This office is receiving many grievances regarding non-submission of fees for class XI students promoted from class X. In this regard, it is to inform that the last date for collection of fee for the first two Quarter of 2020-21 of class XI was 31.08.2020. The fee cannot be deposited after 31.08.2020. as the process of verification of student details for 3rd quarter in respect of all classes have to be initiated and completed.

As such, UBI fee portal will be opened for verification of students data for all classes for 3rd Quarter till 27.09.2020. All Principals are requested to verify the student data by 27.09.2020 for the 3rd quarter of session 2020-21 for all classes including class XI.

The fee for first two quarter in r/o class XI students who could not pay the fees till 31st Aug 2020 may be collected as arrears (without penalty) alongwith the fees for 3rd quarter.

The collection of fees for 3rd quarter will commence from 1st October, 2020 as per the existing schedule of collection of fees applicable to KVS.

All instructions issued earlier in regard to collection of fee on UBI portal will remain same.

The contents of this letter should be circulated to all Principals of Kendriya Vidyalayas and other stake holder.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
