7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix Table Level 3 Basic Pay with 17% DA Table and 3 Months Arrears – Updated October 2019
The Union Cabinet Committee decided to grant an additional 5% Dearness Allowance to Central Government employees and pensioners with effect from 1st July 2019.
The below table reflects enhanced amount of DA with arrears for 3 month from July, August and September of Pay Matrix level Three.

Increasing in DA is an impact on the total salary of Central Government employees in two ways.
The first impact will be increased directly in Dearness Allowance from 12% to 17% of basic pay. And another impact will be in the Transport Allowance.
