Hon’ble MR will hold a Sangoshthi with office bearers of AIRF and NFIR on 16-07-2020 from 12.00 hrs to 14.00hrs through video conferencing

Dear Sirs,

It is hereby informed that Hon’ble MR will hold a Sangoshthi with office bearers of AIRF and NFIR on 16th July, 2020 from 12.00 hrs to 14.00hrs through video conferencing.

2.The office bearers of the Central Committee of AIRF and NFIR may please access the web links which will be provided shortly. The connectivity will also be available at the Zonal Headquarters and Divisional Headquarters to participate in the Sangoshthi maintaining social distancing. The office bearers of the Central Committee of both the Federations are therefore requested to be available well before the scheduled time.A few zones/divisions are under lockdown and therefore office bearers on these zones and divisions may access the web link.

3, Other office bearers of the recognised Unions of Zonal Railways and Divisions may also be present in the Sangoshthi from Divisional and Zonal Headquarters wherever feasible or may access the web link.

3. Itinerary of the Sangosthi will be as under:-

1. Welcome address by DG/HR
2. Comments of Office Bearers of the Central Committee (those who want to speak)
3. Address by Presidents and General Secretaries of AIRF and NFIR
4. Address by Hon’ble MR
5. Vote of Thanks by ED(IR)
