Assam Holidays in 2025 – List of Government and Bank Holidays
The Assam government has released the list of holidays for the year 2025.It includes a total of 36 public holidays, covering various festivals, national holidays, and regional observances. This holiday calendar is applicable to all state government administrative offices, Banks and Post Offices. The official calendar of holidays for 2025 has been released by the General Administration Department of Assam. we have provided the complete list of holidays for government offices in Assam for the year 2025.

Assam Government Restricted Holidays 2025
- All Second Saturdays and Fourth Saturdays of the months will be observed as Holidays. All other Saturdays will be full working days.
- Each employee may be allowed to avail 2(two) days as Restricted Holidays as notified below for the year 2025.
