Madam / Sir,Please find enclosed herewith a copy of letter dated 09.06.2021 of KVS Hqrs New Delhi on the subject cited above for your information and strict compliance.
You are requested to go through the instructions of KVS with regard to conducting of lottery and generation of selection lists and waiting lists for admission to Class I for the year 2021-22 and ensure flawless execution of instructions by your Vidyalaya. It may be noted that the time slot given for the KVs of Chennai Region to conduct RTE lottery is 02.00 pm to 03.00 pm on 23.06.2021, Lotteries for other categories besides RTE (like DA, Priority Category (I to VI) SC / ST / OBC Category, SGF etc) can be done at any time after RTE Lottery in the sequence only mentioned in the KVS Admission Guidelines at Part C – Point 4 (Method of Admission in Class I) but can be done only once.
Further, once the lotteries have been completed upload the lists on the website of KV on the same day between 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
You are also requested to make appropriate arrangements for live broadcast of the lottery through Facebook and YouTube Live of KV concerned for which procedure on how to do streaming is also attached herewith. Further, the revised schedule for admission during 2021-22 is also enclosed herewith for your information and strict compliance.
