Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) Office and Wellness Centre (Health Clinic) Holidays 2022.

The list of holidays for the year 2022 for Central Government Offices issued by DoPT, the same pattern of holidays will be followed by the staff and doctors working in CGHS Office and Wellness Centres in India.

The Department of Personnel and Training under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions has published Holiday order on 8 June 2021 for list of holidays for Central Government Offices during the year 2022.

The office memorandum has to classes of table including list of holidays for the year 2022. One table described the list of 14 Compulsory Holidays and another is 12 Restricted Holidays.

The Coordination Committees at the State Capitals may draw up separate list of Restricted Holidays keeping in view the occasions of local importance. However, the 9 occasions left over, after choosing the 3 variable holidays are to be included in the list of restricted holidays.

The Central Government has declared 17 gazetted holidays (including 3 National holidays) for its offices in 2022. And two more holidays caught be selected in the list of restricted holidays according to the decision of CGEWCC in State capitals.
