CSD Payment System for AFD Items
Opening of Window for Receipt of New Introduction Application Form
- The process of receipt of New Introduction (NI) Application Forms will be resumed wef 18th Sep 2024, the window will close on 17 October 2024.
- Maximum of two applications from one firm with maximum 08 SKUs per application only shall be accepted.
- Applications will be accepted at Adelphi CSD HO Mumbai between 1000hrs to 1600hrs on all working days during the period.
- Only complete & valid applications will be processed. Incomplete / invalid applications will not be entertained.
- Requisite Forms and detailed instructions on filing them up etc. are available on CSD website www.csdindia.gov.in
- Documents listed at para 3 of Application Form is ONLY required to be attached at the initial stage and separate undertaking is to be submitted containing contents of para 4 to para 6 of Application Form. Document listed at para 4 to 6 are NOT to be submitted at at initial stage.
IMPORTANT
Requisite Fee as per para 15 of General Instructions is to be paid before the submission of application and a copy of transaction showing transfer of fees is to be attached with the application form.

- Beneficiaries are requested to make online payment on the portal through net banking and avoid physical visit to the Bank during Covid Period

Yes, Ministry of Defence offers Two wheelers to every category of the Armed Forces from CSD Canteen. However, a Two wheeler can only be purchased every 3 years.
How Often Can I Buy a New Television / Refrigerator / Washing Machine / Air Conditioner Etc at CSD Depots?
All CSD eligible customer can purchase these items once in a three years.
