URGENT INFORMATION TO ALL BENEFICIARIES: RATES AS RECEIVED FROM OEM ARE UPDATED IN PORTAL AND ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE. IF AN ITEM/INDEX IS NOT VISIBILE IN THE PORTAL MEANS THAT THE SELLING RATE IS NOT SUBMITTED BY OEM DUE TO CHANGES IN MODEL / PRICE / PRODUCTION ISSUE ETC. SUCH ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AS AND WHEN RATES ARE RECEIVED & UPDATED IN PORTAL. W.e.f 15th May 2021 Only for loan cases, the loan amount sanctioned by Bank can be made by direct bank transfer into bank account of CSD HO and balance amount if any have to be deposited through AFD Portal Payment Gateway only.

Online Payment
- Beneficiaries are requested to make online payment on the portal through net banking and avoid physical visit to the Bank during Covid Period

- Please contact CSD Helpdesk Contact Number – 022-79669455 Helpdesk Email Id – supdtafd@csdindia.gov.in if you are not able to find dealer / depot / URC in the dropdown or price is not showing correctly on the portal
