Freezing of DA to CPSE Employees till July 2021
In view of the crisis arising out of COVID 19, the Central Govt has decided that the no additional Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief to Central Govt employees and pensioners respectively from 1.1.2020.
No DA and DR arrears will be paid from January 2020 to June 2021

Subject: – Freezing of Dearness Allowance to employees drawing CDA pay scales at current rates till July, 2021-regarding.
The undersigned is directed to forward herewith a copy of the Department of Expenditure (DOE)’s OM No. l/l/2020-E.II(B) dated 23rd April, 2020 regarding freezing of Dearness Allowance/Dearness Relief of Central Government employees and Pensioners, for bringing the same to the notice of Central Public Sectors Enterprises(CPSEs), under your administrative control for necessary action.
